Find Dry Ice is working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical design and testing target. This statement describes our approach; it is not a blanket claim that every page or third-party destination is fully conformant.
Accessibility built into the site
Location access is optional
You do not need to grant device-location permission. Enter a city or ZIP code, open a city page or browse the state directory instead. If the location button cannot be used with your browser or assistive technology, these alternatives provide the same seller records without requiring precise coordinates.
Third-party content
Supplier websites, telephone services and map directions are operated by other organizations. Their accessibility is outside our control. If a third-party destination creates a barrier, you may still use the business name, address and public phone information displayed on the Find Dry Ice listing.
Known limitations and ongoing work
The directory is expanding, and accessibility checks continue as new search tools, states, advertisements and listing formats are introduced. Automated tools can identify some problems, but they do not replace keyboard, zoom, screen-reader and real-user review.
Some business-source language, product terminology or external link text may be technical because it reflects information published by the seller. We aim to provide clear context without changing the meaning of the source.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology involved.
We will review the issue and look for a reasonable way to provide the information or correct the barrier. Accessibility feedback is used for that purpose and handled according to our privacy policy.
