Directory purpose
Find Dry Ice helps people locate businesses that publicly identify a particular address as selling dry ice. The directory may summarize published products, services, pickup information and contact details, and it links to the source used during review.
The site is informational. Find Dry Ice does not manufacture, possess, store, sell, reserve, transport or deliver dry ice. We are not an agent, representative, franchisee or partner of a listed business unless a page expressly says otherwise.
Verify current information
A “checked” or “verified” label means that a source supported the listing when it was reviewed. It does not mean that the business has dry ice in stock now. Inventory, prices, hours, product forms, minimum quantities, public pickup rules and delivery areas can change without notice.
Call the exact location before traveling or relying on a listing. The seller is the final authority on availability, price, suitability, pickup instructions and any purchase requirements.
Locations, maps and distance estimates
Distance labels are approximate straight-line calculations from a city center, ZIP-area estimate or location supplied by your browser. They are not driving distances, travel times or navigation instructions. Roads, traffic, bridges, closures and actual routes can produce a substantially different trip.
Map and directions links open an independent mapping service. Confirm the destination and route before traveling.
Purchases and seller relationships
Any call, quote, order, payment, pickup, delivery, return or dispute is solely between you and the business involved. Find Dry Ice is not responsible for a seller’s products, services, representations, conduct or failure to complete a transaction.
A directory listing is not an endorsement or guarantee. Placement may reflect relevance, verification status, approximate distance or the organization of the directory. If paid visibility is introduced, it will be identified as advertising or sponsored placement.
Safety information
Dry ice is extremely cold and continuously releases carbon dioxide gas. Site content about handling, storage, ventilation or quantity is general educational information, not individualized medical, occupational, engineering or safety advice.
Follow the product label, seller instructions, applicable workplace rules and guidance from qualified authorities. Do not use a directory page as a substitute for professional advice. If exposure, breathing difficulty, injury or another emergency occurs, leave the affected area and contact the appropriate emergency or poison-control service.
Listings and corrections
We may add, edit, rank, decline, suspend or remove a listing when doing so supports accuracy, usability or directory standards. A business does not purchase ownership of the factual record about its public location.
Corrections should identify the business, address, disputed detail and a reliable source supporting the requested change. We may contact the business or consult public records before updating the page. Sending a request does not guarantee publication or a particular placement.
Acceptable site use
You may use the site for ordinary personal or business research and may link to public pages. You may not interfere with site operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate another person, send knowingly false corrections or use the directory in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
The site’s original design, writing, selection and arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public business facts remain facts, but copying the directory as a competing publication or republishing substantial portions of its original content requires written permission.
Third-party services
The site contains links and calling tools involving suppliers, retailers, map providers and other independent services. Find Dry Ice does not control their content, availability, accessibility, security or privacy practices. A link does not create responsibility for the destination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and directory are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Dry Ice disclaims warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Dry Ice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, spoiled goods, missed pickups or travel costs arising from use of the site, reliance on a listing or dealings with a third party.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those places, the exclusions apply only to the extent allowed by law.
Changes and availability
We may modify these terms or change, suspend or discontinue part of the site. Revised terms apply when posted, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
